"Everyone who deals with the public needs to go to Rochester and observe true customer service in action. Although I was very non-decisive regarding my selection of a new ATV the folks at Rochester were patient and understanding and went out of their way to insure I was happy with my selection. I have owned approximately 35 "toys" including motorcycles, ATV's, and watercraft that have been purchased from many dealers. The staff at Rochester clearly stand out in customer service."
